Union Learning Courses Any new workplace project will need to establish the learning needs of the members. This may be by sitting in the canteen and asking people individually; handing out a questionnaire; or asking ULRs to canvass their own sections. The employer may also be asked what corporate needs there are. Some of the courses we are offering at the moment are listed below. There are many other courses that we can offer or that can be customised to suit the needs of individuals or workplaces. There are also some innovative ways of gaining access to large numbers of people in a workplace to talk about union learning.

Fishing Coaching - NVQ The GMB has been involved in developing a project within the town of Thetford, Norfolk with the local community. It has taken months of planning and with loads of hard work, but it's finally finished for four of them, that's the NVQ Level 2 in Angling Coaching for members of Breckland Angling Coaching Club (BACC) based in Thetford.
