Trade Union Learning Link TULL is an organisation set up by Richard Crook to support Union Learning Projects. Over the last few years they have developed into an effective organisation that brokers between Unions, Employers and Learning Providers.
They arrange events like conferences where Projects can be show cased and employers can attend to source more information and look at develop similar projects in their companies.
TULL are funded through ESF or LSC and can support small learning events too. Learning days have been organised, where taster courses have been delivered, these have been an effective way of recruiting New Learners.
Another
area they have been most useful in is the arrangement of Local
Networking meetings between ULR’s and Providers to pool knowledge and
talk about any issues they may have.
